We, Allison and William Poutu, co-founded Biz Insights AU with a vision to integrate AI into the corporate and entrepreneurial worlds, inspired by our personal experiences and aspirations.

As early adopters of AI technology, our journey has been remarkable. From the start, we were captivated by the potential of AI, particularly large language models, to provide valuable insights applicable to real-world business challenges and to serve as a teaching tool. These models not only offered solutions but also guided implementation within businesses.

However, we discovered that effectively communicating with large language models to extract and apply this information was crucial. This realisation drove us to create our userware toolkits—essentially prompt templates designed to teach users how to interact with large language models using curated prompts tailored to specific business areas.

We soon recognised that the rapid advancement of AI technology often rendered many APIs, GPTs, software applications, and even our toolkits quickly obsolete. This prompted us to consider how best to future-proof our business and help others do the same.

Given the relentless pace of AI development, the key to staying ahead is mastering the art of communicating with large language models, beyond just writing effective prompts. Prompts are akin to learning a recipe, whereas true communication with these models involves mastering specific techniques, much like honing one's cooking skills.
