1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the engagement and participation in the AI-Driven Autodidactic Workshops ("Workshops") provided by Biz Insights AU ("Provider"). By enrolling in and attending the Workshops, you ("Participant") agree to abide by these Terms.
2. Workshop Participation
2.1 Eligibility: Participation in the Workshops is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the workshop description.
2.2 Registration and Payment: Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment of the workshop fee. Payment must be made in accordance with the instructions provided during the registration process.
2.3 Attendance and Participation: Participants are required to attend all sessions and actively participate in all activities, discussions, and assignments.
3. Money-Back Guarantee
3.1 Eligibility for Refund: Participants are eligible for a refund under the money-back guarantee if they meet all the following criteria:

3.5 Evidence Submission for Money-Back Guarantee
To qualify for the money-back guarantee, Participants must submit comprehensive evidence demonstrating that the learned techniques were applied in their context and did not achieve the results across all business activities covered in the workshop.
The evidence submission must include:
1. Detailed Written Report: A detailed written report outlining the application of each technique learned in the workshop. This report must include:
- A description of the context or problem addressed.
- Specific steps taken to apply the techniques.
- The timeframe over which the techniques were applied.
- Outcomes or results observed, including both quantitative and qualitative data.
2. Supporting Documentation: Supporting documentation must accompany the written report, including:
- Screenshots or copies of work produced using the techniques.
- Analytics or performance metrics showing the impact (or lack thereof) of the techniques.
- Relevant communications (e.g., emails, meeting notes) demonstrating the application process and discussions.

4. Code of Conduct
4.1 Professional Behaviour: Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards instructors and fellow participants.
4.2 Disruptive Behaviour: The Provider reserves the right to remove any participant from the workshop who engages in disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership: All materials provided during the Workshops, including but not limited to handouts, presentations, and digital content, are the intellectual property of the Provider.
5.2 Use of Materials: Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the materials without the Provider's prior written consent.
6. Recording of Workshops
6.1 Consent to Recording: Participants consent to the recording of all workshop sessions by the Provider. These recordings may be used for quality control, training, and marketing purposes, as well as to provide evidence and support for all terms and conditions.
6.2 Use of Recordings: Recordings will be handled in accordance with the Provider's privacy policy. Participants may request access to the recordings for personal review, subject to the Provider's discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 No Guarantee of Results: The Provider does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from participation in the Workshops. The effectiveness of the techniques and strategies taught depends on various factors, including the Participant's application of the material.
7.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider's liability for any claims arising out of or related to participation in the Workshops is limited to the amount paid by the Participant for the workshop.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
8.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or participation in the Workshops shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiations, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation or arbitration as mutually agreed upon by the parties.
9. Amendments and Modifications
The Provider reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants in writing.
